Chaudandigadhi durbaar is also one of the prie attraction of Udayapur district. According to the history, Sen dynasty ruled this place and that time the capital of sen kingdom was Udayapurgadhi. The last Sen king of Udayapur was Late king Karna Sen of Chuadandigadhi Palace. He escaped away after Late king Prithivi Narayan Shah envaded and defeated Chaudandigadhi Durbar during Unification of Nepal. Until 1972, Panchawati, Udayapurgadhi Rural Municipality was the headquarter of Udayapur. Later on it was transferred to Gaighat, Triyuga Municipality. It was established by Late king Mukunda Sen of Palpa to elaborate his state.
